Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. h555co may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein if multiple accounts are identified.
3.4 Registration Information. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h555co login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. h555co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Currency. All h555co accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit. h555co does not guarantee the exchange rate and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. h555co reserves the right to levy a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month on dormant accounts. 6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds not utilised within the period specified in the applicable promotion's individual terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without replacement.

8.1 The following conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

If prohibited conduct is detected, h555co reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold all balances pending investigation, and share information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required.
9.1 All content on the h555co Platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, design elements, game interfaces, written content, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of h555co or its licensed content providers.

12.3 h555co will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13.1 Suspension by h555co. h555co reserves the right to suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
13.2 Investigation Period. During a suspension, the Player's account balance will be frozen pending investigation. h555co will complete investigations within 30 business days where reasonably practicable. The Player will be notified of the investigation outcome via their registered email address.
13.3 Termination by h555co. Following the conclusion of an investigation that confirms a breach of these Terms, h555co may permanently close the account and, depending on the nature of the breach, may withhold part or all of the account balance.
